    Rude front of house staff member (Jenny I think) ruined it for us. She turned us away on mother's day because eggs on toast isn't on the lunch menu...but a full big brekky is... so I asked for the big brekky minus everything but the eggs on toast but "computer says no". I think the new owners need to ensure the workers know the definition of 'hospitality' We've given B2B Cafe two more goes and weren't impressed. Eggs benefict came with cold store-bought hollandaise and literally cheap Woolworths ham straight from the fridge to the plate. The beef salad had a sickly sweet dressing and was overloaded with rocket. My chicken wrap came out as a sandwich. Two stars but good coffee. Not recommended for food.

    Consistently poor food - today 3 out of 4 items of poor or very poor quality, service is generally poor and slow, at times rude. We visit very infrequently - relent months later out of convienience only to be reminded why we avoid this store. My advice avoid and choose one of the other fast food stores in area.
