  There has not been a time we have ordered that there has not been an issue either with the timelines of an order or the accuracy of the order. I also can't remember an occasion where the staff weren't copping abuse from someone for the reason above. The Franchisee needs to step up and assist the managers to take control during peak periods. Staff don't deserve to be abused because there isn't enough of them or they aren't trainee properly, but it will continue to happen until the problems are fixed. Our last experience was an hour past the time for pickup requested online order was made for before we gave up. Took two days before I got a call for the refund and no response yet from a requested call back from the franchisee. Its great this store has opened to give young people a chance for work, let's hope that the issues can be rectified.
